Weird thing to say, but this was a fantastic towing experience.
Carlos was communicative – he called and texted and kept me up to date with his location and estimated time of arrival.  Once he arrived, my car wasn’t ready to be towed so he waited. And even when I told him it would be a while and that he should go on with his day, he was polite about the cancellation. He allowed me to call him for service later in the day and didn’t even charge me for all the waiting around/ cancelled call.  Honestly, I’m saving his number in my phone and will definitely use his service again instead of frantically looking for a tow.
