Carlos is hands down the best tow truck driver. I made the arrangement to meet me at Copart. It was my first car rebuild project and I didn't know exactly how to get car out of Copart. He showed up on time and help me. They were fast and by far the most fair priced guys in the area. My car just broke down on me and I tripped out. Audi assist was going to charge me $200 for a tow less than a mile away and I was going to have to wait 3 hours. These guys showed up in under 45 minutes and charged me $80. I highly recommend arana towing. They are absolutely the best and very affordable. I was in desperate need to unlock my car and I called a couple of places that were charging $$$ just to unlock my car. When I found arana towing they had such a lower price then prior companies I contacted. They came at 2am to open my car they were quick. They definitely like how to do their job. Weird thing to say, but this was a fantastic towing experience. Carlos was communicative - he called and texted and kept me up to date with his location and estimated time of arrival.  Once he arrived, my car wasn't ready to be towed so he waited. And even when I told him it would be a while and that he should go on with his day, he was polite about the cancellation. He allowed me to call him for service later in the day and didn't even charge me for all the waiting around/ cancelled call.  Honestly, I'm saving his number in my phone and will definitely use his service again instead of frantically looking for a tow.
